Our Story

SIAX began in 1985 as a locally owned break/fix provider. The work was hands on. The relationships were personal.

In 2004, David Turner took ownership of the business. Having worked within SIAX, he saw that it could be more than reactive support. He believed it could become a disciplined, accountable technology partner.

Through sustained investment, technical depth, and a refusal to accept average standards, David reshaped the company. What began as a small local provider became a managed services organisation known for reliability, security, and long-term client relationships.

As SIAX entered its next phase of growth, Milan Maricic joined the company in 2013 and carried on David’s legacy in accelerating SIAX’s transformation. Bringing commercial focus, strategic clarity, and an uncompromising standard for execution, his leadership has driven operational maturity, strengthened vendor and partner alignment, and sharpened SIAX’s market positioning. This ensured the business has grown with structure, accountability, and conviction.

We are still locally owned and Australian operated. But today, we stand as a national partner delivering structured, security led IT with conviction.
